Cristian is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm and leads its commercial dispute resolution and arbitration practice. With over two decades of experience, he previously held senior positions with leading international law firms, including White & Case LLP (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice) and Clifford Chance LLP (Corporate practice), as well as top Romanian law firms.
His main area of specialization includes cross-border dispute resolution and arbitration for international clients in sectors like international rail freight transports, medical and healthcare, energy trading, marketing, and retail business.
Cristian's recent work involves assisting European leaders in railcars hire and rail logistics companies with recovery and claims related to rolling stock assets in Romania and abroad. In recent years, he successfully assisted with the recovery of rolling stock and debt recovery from Romanian counterparts.
Additionally, he successfully represented a marketing agency in a complex arbitration case against a global tobacco manufacturer.
Moreover, he has extensive experience in complex legal procedures, including competition and antitrust investigations.
